My grandmother taught me to sew at a young age.  I have vivid memories of sewing Christmas stockings for her Sunday School class.  I spent many weekends with her learning to sew, crochet, garden and a love of animals.​

 

I got my first "Mid-arm" machine in 2006.  A Pfaff GrandQuilter on an Inspira frame and I was hooked.  Upgraded to a 2005 APQS Millenium in late 2022 and then in fall of 2025 upgraded again to a 2025 AQPS Lucey with Quilt Path.

 

​I started piecing T-shirt quilts for family and friends back in 2020.  I love the reaction from the receivers when they get their t-shirt quilts.
